3. Part-1 Putting Air Handler components together quickly

This video will show you how to quickly put your AHU components together. It will show you how the components are smart, and how the properties on the components are even smarter. It will show you how to add Filters, Fans, Coils, and ducts quicker than ever. It will show you how to utilize or smart components, and how to quickly use our short cuts to save you time and money. 4. Part-2 Binding real data to the AHU components

This video will walk you through the process of connecting to a controller, and binding to real live data. It will show you how we made our menus so that the speed of use is faster than ever. 5. Part-3 Making 1 Air Handler and re-using it for multiple Equipment

This video will show you how to make 1 Air Handler, and how to add multiple Equipment to the FIN file so that you can use it over and over again. Again, this feature was designed and implemented for speed and ease of use. It also shows you quickly how you can publish the FIN file to server or JACE so you can view it in the browser. A neat trick that you don't see in this video is the fact that the FIN file could live anywhere, it doesn't have to be on a JACE or Supervisor either :} Duration 3:24


 

6. External images & animating them with Edit Animation

This video will show you how to add external images to FIN Builder, and then also show you how to quickly turn them into animations, with our edit animation properties. It couldn't be easier to do this. With edit animation you can now take your existing graphics library or any images any quickly make your own library built right in FIN. 7. Grouping and adding to Favorites

This video is a quick short video that shows you how to make a group, and then add it to your library uses the favorites button in properties. This will allow you to create reusable components. The components get saved into your local library, so you can just drag and drop them over and over again You can also email these components to your co workers. (A quick tip for free ! 8. Using Actions to change Virtual points

This video will guide you through the steps on how to use an action to change a virtual point. Virtual points are points in FIN that can be bound to data points in devices like Niagara or a weather service (many more devices too). Imagine you have a Gauge and you want to create 3 buttons that switch what data is bound to the Gauge, like Water, Power, and Gas. By creating Virtual points and adding an action to a button called change Virtual point, you can now easily create a simple UI that let's the user pick what data he wants to look at just by clicking on a button.  Duration 2:53

 

 

 

 

9. Using Slide and Fade Actions

This video will show you how to use actions to slide in and out components and fade in and out components. This feature allows you to take advantage of the real estate that you have, so you can slide things in and out as you need them. 10. Changing properties with a timeline

This video will show you how to use an action to change a property, and then animate that change. Let's say you want to have a drop down menu, and you want to make the height of the component change from 100 pixels to 500 pixels. With the timeline you can also animate that change, and control the speed of the change too. With this feature you can now use this to make a very hi end UI. Remember you can save to your library everything that you do, so you can use it over and over again.   Duration 2:50
