Introducing Our New Help Center

Help Center

We want our partners to be successful by providing easy access to product knowledge. We've been working behind the scenes to build a new user experience to do just that. We are excited to announce a new resource on our website: the J2 Innovations Help Center! Think of it as one place to access and search multiple types of media (documentation, videos, blog posts, and training) across all resources and platforms. 

How it works

Imagine you are looking for information about a FIN product feature or capability. With the new Help Center, you now have a single point of entry to search across all of the J2 resources. The results can be filtered based on the type of content you're looking for. Additionally, there are categories that take you directly to the sub-systems we've incorporated into our Help Center. 

Note: The Help Center is a compliment to our Customer Portal, which was designed to be a place for finding business information. For more information on the Customer Portal, contact salessupport@j2innovations.com.

B. Scott Muench

Scott joined J2 Innovations as a partner in 2011, and is now Vice President of Customer Experience. He has a wide range of responsibilities including evangelism, business development, training, and operational excellence. Scott is well known as an industry expert in smarthomes and smart buildings. He is a past president of ASHRAE, and is currently a board member for Project Haystack. Scott attended Clarkson University for Mechanical Engineering and graduated with a BS/Business in Organizational Innovation.
