Can you tell us a little about your background and what brought you to our company?
"I've spent my entire career working with Building Automation Systems. I started as a field engineer, then moved into roles in Tech Support, Training, Product Management, and Business Development, focusing on developing controllers, field devices, and software tools for field technicians. I have experience using FIN, and I am impressed by how easy it is to learn, implement, and use—it's a well-designed product. I was eager to join a team that shares a mindset focused on bringing great value to customers through innovation."
What are you most excited about in your new role?
"I'm excited to learn from our customers and understand how we can deliver exceptional solutions for their needs. I'm also thrilled to work with such an incredible and talented team."
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
"I love the mountains—hiking, photographing them, and camping. I also enjoy paragliding; it's another exciting way to experience the mountains."
Is there a particular project or aspect of your job that you’re especially passionate about?
"I am very curious and love learning. I’ve found that teaching is a great way to learn, and I am passionate about both aspects of my job."
Who inspires you professionally and why?
"I've had great teachers and mentors along the way—some were bosses, others were colleagues. Their genuine intention to help always inspired me. I try to stay in touch with them to share ideas and learn from their wisdom."
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
"This comes from my grandmother and is part of Latin folklore. In Spanish, it goes: 'El acomedido come de lo que está escondido.' It roughly translates to: if you are willing to go the extra mile or volunteer for extra assignments, you'll discover hidden opportunities."
