Trend 1: An aging workforce is driving the need to make facilities management easier

We are facing a time when a significant portion of the building management workforce is retiring or nearing retirement and there is a growing skills shortage occurring at a time when buildings require greater technical expertise to operate.  Using technology to capture data on building assets streamlines facility management responsibilities and mitigates downtime.
