2025 was a year that pushed boundaries, strengthened partnerships, and accelerated our mission to make buildings smarter, more connected, and easier to manage. From global recognition and major product launches to ecosystem growth and deeper engagement with customers and partners, the year was defined by momentum and meaningful progress.
We were proud to be named a finalist in the software category of the 2025 AHR Innovation Awards for our Edge2Cloud technology. The AHR Innovation Awards recognize manufacturers who are inventing the future of HVACR, which aligns directly with what we set out to do. Edge2Cloud is the first easy-to-deploy, fast, secure remote access solution for connecting people to their buildings. It provides simple remote access to building systems integrated by the FIN Framework and located at the edge. Being recognized alongside other innovators shaping the future of HVAC reinforced the importance of accessible, open solutions in the built environment.
Recognition continued on the global stage at the BCIA Awards, where we were named finalists in two prestigious categories. FIN Intelligence was shortlisted for Technical Innovation of the Year – Products, highlighting its role in transforming how users interact with and gain insight from building data. We were also finalists for Technical Innovation of the Year – Projects for our collaboration with Innon Energy LTD on a Link Edge installation at Total Control HQ. Completed in just one day by a 15-year-old apprentice, the project was a powerful testament to FIN’s ease of deployment and the potential of the next generation of engineering talent.
FIN Intelligence also earned finalist recognition at the Digie Awards in the Best AI Tech Innovation in Intelligent Buildings category. While we didn’t take home the trophy, the conversations, connections, and validation from industry peers made the experience a win in every meaningful way.
Partnership growth was another defining theme of 2025. We were excited to welcome several new OEM partners into the J2 Innovations ecosystem, including Zamil AC, Prosegur, DNAKE, Innon, Beijing Comfort Technologies, and Ambercom. Each new partnership strengthens our shared commitment to innovation, open standards, and global collaboration.

Product innovation remained at the heart of everything we did. We kicked off the year at AHR 2025 in Orlando, Florida, where we officially unveiled FIN Intelligence. The energy at the show set the tone for the year as we introduced this AI-powered innovation designed to enhance usability across all FIN-based solutions.

We launched FIN Intelligence across the FIN ecosystem and showcased it at major events, where it generated a lot of interest from OEMs, integrators, and end users.” - Matteo Pierone, CEO
Shortly after, introduced the NEXIO Embedded Controller, expanding deployment options and bringing FIN’s power even closer to the edge. In Q4, we officially launched FIN Framework 5.2, continuing to evolve the platform with new capabilities that support modern integration needs.
The Powered by FIN Framework ecosystem continued to grow significantly throughout the year, with new OEM partners across North America, EMEA and APAC, showing that our strategy of an open, OEM-centric platform is scaling globally. One major milestone was our first expo in Paris, where we showcased the powered by FIN Framework ecosystem together with key partners including FläktGroup, redge, Innon, and Coster.

FIN-powered solutions were also featured on the road with two truck roadshows this year, bringing live demonstrations directly to customers and partners. The FläktGroup On Wheels Truck Tour has been all over Europe so far, with different J2 team members joining in at various stops. The Redge truck tour in France showcased their next level HVAC solutions, including powered by FIN Framework e-savvy, intelligent software to control, for example, rooftop solutions.
Our leadership and expertise were further highlighted through invitations to participate in customer events with OEMs such as AVL Italy, Orange Business MDE, and Daikin LATAM, reinforcing the great OEM relationships that have developed through the Powered by FIN Framework ecosystem.
In 2025, we also took a significant step forward in how we engage with Distributors and System Integrators with the launch of the FIN Solution Partners program. This new approach allowed us to build stronger, more direct relationships while maintaining flexibility for partners and customers alike.

We were also invited to Solution Partner events throughout the year, including with Yorkland Controls in Canada and TrendBas in Peru, further strengthening this growing network.
Connection remained a cornerstone of 2025, reflected in our presence at 26 events around the world. From NexusCon and Skyposium to Haystack Connect and regional partner events, each gathering reinforced the importance of community, collaboration, and shared learning. These moments of connection sparked new ideas, strengthened partnerships, and reminded us that innovation thrives when people come together.
We continued our commitment to training with both virtual and in-person sessions, totaling 14 FIN Technician classes and one FIN Advanced class conducted in multiple countries across the globe.

We also started many new prospective customers on their FIN journey through our Take FIN for a Spin sessions throughout the year.
From global recognition and new product launches to the growth of our Powered by FIN ecosystem, 2025 was defined by momentum and real-world impact.
